Guest Lecture in Mozambique - Universidade Eduardo Mondlane in Maputo, Mozambique

A group of Civil Servants from various Ministries, the Administrative Court, the Attorney General jointly with representatives from NGOs and students and lecturers from the University attended this lecture.

This audience suggested that a more interactive form of teaching to be employed. Instead of a training course more room was given to exchanging experience and to learning from each other. Making corruption a prime concern for public reform and suggesting avenues for reform was the crucial goal of this course.

The course was slightly abridged as compared to the full university lecture course.
